Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis and create opportunities for current and future product portfolios.
- Create and own New Product Introduction business plans, pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and long?'term forecasts.
- Manage the NPI product life cycle from initiation to volume ramp?'up, including change notifications.
- Own go?'to?'market plan and engage with key customers, system architects, product definers, and engineering teams throughout the development cycle.
- Translate customer requirements into a clear and stable product specification while accurately balancing trade?'offs among features, timeline, and costs.
- Manage availability of development tools and samples.
- Convince and lead people internally to create positive impact and obtain buy?'in.
- Translate long?'term market requirements into a platform approach for the product roadmap.
- BSc. Or MSc. In Electronics Engineering (MBA a plus).
- 5-8 years of semiconductor industry experience as a product marketing or business development manager.
- Experience traveling worldwide to visit customers and attend trade shows and exhibitions.
- Experience in the automotive market segment is a must.
- Creative mindset.
- Knowledge of analog interfaces, networking devices, and/or system architectures and solutions is nice to have but can be learned.
Full?'time position with a permanent contract; part?'time (32-38 hours) may be discussed.
