As an International Account Manager Growing Solutions at Ridder, you will have the opportunity to develop global markets, build strong relationships, and truly make a difference in an innovative and technically challenging sector.
What will you do- Generate revenue with both existing and new clients;
- Expand and develop the international dealer and partner network;
- Drive new business in both existing and new markets;
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, investors, and growers;
- Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities within complex projects;
- Independently plan and execute international travel.
You will be active across various international regions, including Asia, Oceania, Africa, and Southern Europe. The role includes a clear travel component: on average, you will travel abroad 4 to 5 times per year for periods of 1 to 2 weeks. When not traveling, you will be based at our office in Maasdijk and maintain close contact with your international network and internal stakeholders.
What we expect from youYou are an experienced and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in an international and technical environment.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in international sales or account management in a technical B2B environment, with full revenue responsibility;
- Experience in the horticulture sector and with climate control, process automation, or water solutions;
- Bachelor's level (HBO) working and thinking capability;
- Experience with indirect sales through dealers or distribution networks;
- Affinity with technical solutions (preferably a combination of software and hardware);
- Strong commercial drive with a focus on revenue growth.
You will have the freedom to shape your role independently and make a direct impact on the international growth of the organization. In addition, we offer:
- A salary based on experience, ranging from €6,500 to €7,500 gross per month;
- A company car or mobility budget, plus a performance-based bonus of 20%;
