Wat ga je doen

As a Supply Chain Performance Manager, you are responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our end-to-end supply chains. You set up and manage dashboards, mainly in Power BI, and translate data into clear insights for operations, customer experience and sales. Based on these insights, you steer performance, monitor SLAs and identify improvements to ensure we deliver on our customer promise.

You work closely with teams across Europe and act as a key link between operations, business and IT. You inform stakeholders about disruptions and analyse the impact on transit times and customer performance. You also support escalations and translate issues into structural improvements. In this role, you help balance quality and cost, support decision-making and contribute to continuous optimisation of our international supply chain.

You enjoy working with data and improving performance. You are analytical, structured and able to connect stakeholders and insights to drive results.

• Academic level of thinking and working
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, data or operations
• Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards (Power BI preferred)
• Experience with data analysis and performance management
• Fluent in English (a second European language is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Affinity with logistics and e-commerce
