In our Business Transformation practice, we support companies during large transformations. We determine the direction of the company at critical moments such as mergers and integrations, due diligence, and large‑scale transformations. We help C‑level executives identify new business opportunities, redesign existing and new business models, revise go‑to‑market value propositions, design an operational turnaround plan, and develop and implement new organizational models.
What You’ll Do- Structure a project workstream to ensure critical project deadlines are met.
- Work as a close‑knit team to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
- Analyze client and market data to uncover unique insights and turn them into recommendations.
- Travel to the client’s location to participate in workshops and interviews.
- Translate recommendations into digestible storylines that can be presented to the C‑suite.
- Support the growth of our office through business development activities, such as writing proposals.
- Ability to effectively navigate organizational dynamics.
- Ability to analyze complex information to aid decision‑making.
- Ability to take initiative, initiate and complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of seniority, including the C‑suite.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- International travel required as part of this position.
- Relevant work experience at a tier 1 consulting company.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or equivalent.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Experience in the aviation sector.
