As a Growth Director, MEA, you’ll lead net-new business acquisition and strategic revenue expansion across the Middle East and Africa for a global full-service digital marketing and transformation agency. This is a senior, market-facing role where you will translate complex client business challenges into integrated digital solutions spanning media, content, data, and technology. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work and navigating the high-growth enterprise landscape of the MEA region.
Responsibilities- Lead regional growth strategy and pipeline development by defining target sectors and building structured opportunity pipelines.
- Generate and maintain a qualified multi-million GBP pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnership channels, and executive relationship development.
- Own complex RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, coordinating cross‑functional teams across media, content, data, and technology to develop winning value propositions.
- Shape integrated client solutions that bridge performance media, social/influencer marketing, martech, and customer experience.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and deal structures to ensure competitiveness while protecting delivery margins.
- Execute regional demand‑generation initiatives, including industry events, executive roundtables, and thought leadership programs.
- Build and monetise strategic partnerships with platforms, technology vendors, and consultancies to establish joint go‑to‑market programmes.
- Maintain deep market and competitive intelligence across the MEA landscape to inform regional positioning.
- Collaborate with Client Success teams to identify organic expansion opportunities and cross‑sell capabilities within existing accounts.
- Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline governance to ensure consistent delivery against Net New revenue targets.
The essentials:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media, ad‑tech, or digital transformation environments.
- Deep knowledge of the MEA market landscape, buying structures, and cultural nuances.
- Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑service digital engagements with enterprise or upper‑mid‑market clients.
- Strong technical understanding of the digital ecosystem, including programmatic, analytics, CRM/CDP, and marketing automation.
- Expertise in consultative selling and leading multi‑disciplinary pitch processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the C‑suite level.

- Existing senior‑level relationships with major regional platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) or consultancies.
- Experience working within a global matrixed agency environment.
- Deep vertical expertise in high‑growth regional sectors such as Travel/Tourism, FinTech, or Neom‑related projects.
