- Full lifecycle management of construction contracts and subcontracts, including review, negotiation, administration, and closure.
- Ensuring strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Implementing and maintaining an effective contract management and control system.
- Preparation and maintenance of complete contractual records, correspondence, and documentation.
- Oversight of contractual clauses related to guarantees, insurance, and liabilities.
- 10+years experience in Subcontract/Contract Management.
- Degree in Law, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Knowledge of EPC, EPCM, FIDIC, NEC.
