Responsibilities- Set the creative standard for copy across major accounts, ensuring excellence and innovation in every output.
- Develop compelling creative concepts that break patterns and drive impact against clients’ business objectives.
- Write long‑form and short‑form content that drives conversion and brand loyalty. Present work in clear and convincing decks that make it easy for clients to say “yes”.
- Work closely with the strategy team to inform briefs and provide insights to inform best‑in‑class social creative concepts.
- Shape and pitch convincing presentations through storytelling with strategic and audience insights.
- Work in an always‑on, agile environment and create connections between social and cultural trends and brand products.
- Author creator concepts and briefs that lead to compelling on‑brand, platform‑first creator content.
- Share POVs and perspectives that shape the long‑term creative vision for an account.
- Lead creative workshops to define brand narratives and creative territories.
- Proactively share knowledge and insights with the wider creative team.
- Identify opportunities for “growth invention” using copy to push the boundaries of what’s possible in tech and marketing.
- Guide a team of junior to mid‑level Copywriters, providing specific, craft‑based feedback that pushes their work further while helping them develop their own voices.
- 5–7 years of experience with a focus on digital‑first copywriting.
- An exceptional portfolio featuring work that spans performance creative, always‑on social, and 360 campaigns for major brands.
- Advanced strategic thinking and the ability to link creative output to business KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team of diverse creatives.
- A deep understanding of digital‑first copywriting and how technology influences content consumption.
