• You speak English;

• You have experience in a customer service environment or B2B environment;
• You have experience with SAP or CRM tools;
• You are available to work 25 hours per week;
• You are willing to work in Den Haag.

As a Customer Support Specialist EMEAI, you will be the go-to contact person for customers, as well as the sales and marketing teams at Arlon Graphics. You will ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer contact: Handling daily customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product information, pricing, and orders.
• Order management: Entering orders accurately and maintaining up-to-date customer records in SAP.
• Logistics & complaints: Coordinating logistics and handling customer complaints professionally.
• Team Support: Assisting Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Specialists where needed.
