Key Responsibilities- Short‑term planning and coordination: create detailed production schedules, account for capacity, resources and workforce.
- Management of released production orders: responsible for accurate due dates, monitor progress and intervene to correct deviations.
- Optimization of planning and production processes to reduce lead time and increase customer satisfaction.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with Capacity Planner, Production and Sales to align planning with forecasts and customer needs.
- Reporting: prepare reports on performance, present to management and Capacity Planner, analyze trends, and optimise future plans.
- Coordination between Sales, Production and Raw Materials Planning to ensure seamless cooperation.
- Support product introductions and phase‑outs to ensure smooth transitions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Persuasive, resilient under pressure and enthusiastic.
- Results‑driven, proactive, ambitious and decisive.
- Proven experience in process optimisation.
- Ability to think end‑to‑end while maintaining attention to detail.
- Full‑time position (40 hours per week).
