Wat ga je doen

• Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe klanten van onze laboratoriumdiensten en zorgt voor een professionele, tijdige en correcte dienstverlening.
• Je draagt actief bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid door het zorgvuldig afhandelen van orders, vragen en klachten.
• Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en rapportage, bewaakt afspraken met externe laboratoria en ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van digitale dienstverlening via website en portal.

What you’ll do

• You are the key point of contact for internal and external customers of our laboratory services, ensuring professional, timely and accurate service delivery.
• You actively contribute to high customer satisfaction by handling orders, questions and complaints with care.
• You ensure accurate administrative processing and reporting, monitor agreements with external laboratories and support further development of digital services via our website and portal.

Wie zoeken wij

• MLO+ werk- en denkniveau
• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante laboratoriumervaring
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
• Sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, waarbij klantgerichtheid en servicegericht handelen altijd voorop staan
• Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en daadkrachtig, met eigenaarschap voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid

Who we’re looking for

• MLO+ level of education or thinking
• At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Strong social and communication skills, with a clear customer‑oriented and service‑driven mindset
• Independent, well‑structured and decisive, with ownership for quality and customer satisfaction
