Role SummaryWe are seeking a Director of Marketing Change Enablement to lead the global transition from traditional, relationship‑based marketing to a digital‑first, data‑driven ecosystem. You will be the primary architect for the successful launch, adoption, and operationalization of our Digital Market Place (DMP), enabling hyper‑personalized customer experiences at scale. This is a Strategic Change & Operational Leadership role, not a technical software development or local execution role.
Responsibilities- Design a 3‑Year Strategic Roadmap for the DMP to maximize global marketing performance and ensure operational readiness.
- Bridge the global‑local gap by unifying 40 markets into a single sustainable talent platform.
- Lead digital upskilling by defining a holistic learning journey for a workforce of 400+ FTEs to transition from ‘gut‑feel’ traditions to data‑centric execution.
- Drive ecosystem integration to ensure local marketing activities feed into the global DMP following a unified ‘runbook’.
- Own adoption metrics: aim for 100% adoption of the digital‑first strategy across all global regions.
- Ensure operational excellence by successfully executing the annual DMP roadmap and change‑management framework.
