Job PurposeAs part of the Experience & Engineering team, you will combine technical solution development with design expertise to deliver exceptional digital experiences for clients such as Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay, and OpenAI. You will use data insights to guide conversion optimization across platforms.
Responsibilities- Help clients define KPIs and conversion metrics aligned with business goals.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, Hotjar, Contentsquare, or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
- Benchmark user journeys using heuristic walkthroughs.
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis to support backlog prioritization for sites, shops, or apps.
- Create test plans and execute A/B tests, evaluating results.
- Lead or participate in client workshops.
- Produce and deliver reports and audits summarizing findings.
- Contribute to conversion programs and continuous improvement through iterative learning.
- At least 2 years experience as an optimisation consultant, preferably in digital marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar and/or Contentsquare; familiarity with VWO or Optimizely.
- Commercial entrepreneurial drive and ability to influence clients.
- Experience working at a digital agency is a plus.
