As an HR Generalist, you will own the pre‑hire and hiring process, coordinate the first steps of onboarding, and manage the people administrative side (excluding payroll). Your role will add value through automation and process efficiency, reducing rework. You will primarily operate in Mexico while supporting smaller headcount countries such as Chile and Costa Rica, and providing support to Colombia.
Scope- Mexico headcount (420 monks)
- Freelancers (≈50 monks)
- Chile headcount (10 monks)
- Costa Rica headcount (5 monks)
- Pre‑hire and onboarding process management
- Onboarding process and 1st session
- Freelancers process (pre‑hire, payments, exits)
- Automation of transactional processes
- Responsible for benefits vendors and corporate agreements
- Create purchase orders in the system and follow up until payments
- Run different monthly reports
- Internal communication
- Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency
- Operational support to HRBPs
- Support during audit processes
- Generation of employment certificates
- Update HR policies and processes
- Data entry in the different spreadsheets
- RTO coordination
- Brigade members (first‑aid/evacuation team)
- Support in cultural initiatives
- 3–5 years of experience in administration, HR processes
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, create a project plan, and implement it
- Previous experience in Workday is a significant plus
- Project management tools are highly valued
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of platforms and the use of AI to automate and streamline HR processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides) and advanced level of Excel
- Experience dealing with senior/managerial levels
