As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you’ll serve as the primary bridge between our technology, our processes, and the people who use them. You will serve as the engine room of our recruiting function, supporting hiring teams while simultaneously keeping an eye on the big picture to improve workflows. We are looking for someone passionate about identifying opportunities to create impactful work.
Responsibilities- Answer support tickets for hiring managers, job requesters, and recruiters regarding technical issues in our talent tech stack.
- Lead training for our recruiters on new tools and strategic initiatives.
- Run reports in our ATS and other tools to share insights with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Manage and update documentation, decks, and spreadsheets as it relates to our processes and systems.
- Identify areas of opportunity, create a project plan, and drive implementation for new initiatives.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, create a project plan, and implement it.
- Previous experience with Greenhouse is a significant plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides) and project management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira) is highly valued.
