The Consumer Insights (CI) team plays a key role in the product development process by conducting and analyzing consumer research to understand how to fulfill consumer needs. The team provides insights that support Creative, Marketing, and Sales decision-making.
The role is based in Hilversum, and you will be part of a consumer-focused, analytical, and collaborative team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact.
Where You'll Make a Difference- Support the setup, coordination, and execution of consumer research studies
- Conduct desk research to gather relevant consumer and market insights
- Assist in designing questionnaires and test protocols
- Coordinate logistics for consumer studies, including Home Use Tests (HUTs)
- Analyze data from consumer research using statistical and analytical methods
- Support the team in preparing presentations summarizing consumer insights and recommendations
- Provide insights on consumer products and fragrances to internal stakeholders
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor in Marketing, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of consumer research methodologies
- Analytical mindset with solid statistical and modeling skills (e.g. Descriptive, parametric and nonparametric analysis, regression modeling, multifactorial analysis)
- High attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with online research tools; programming skills are considered a plus
- Experience with advanced statistical tools or data analysis software
- Strong curiosity and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude and ability to suggest improvements
- Being passionate about using AI to apply in different tasks (from handling administrative ask up to analyzing data)
Internship duration: 6 months, fulltime (flexible start date)
Internship allowance of €500 per month
