The RoleWe are seeking a visionary Senior, Video Editing to lead the post‑production lifecycle for our most ambitious projects. You aren’t just someone who cuts clips; you are a master storyteller who understands how to weave rhythm, sound, and visual effects into high‑impact narratives. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creative artistry and technical scalability. You will be responsible for breathing life into high‑volume performance marketing campaigns. We are looking for a post‑production powerhouse who can balance traditional narrative craft with the efficiency of modern AI tools to drive results in a fast‑paced agency environment.
What You’ll Do- Craft compelling stories from creator content and raw, high‑quality footage, all using platform‑first logic.
- Collaborate closely with Visual Designers and Motion Designers to integrate advanced UI animations, 2D designs, or 3D elements into video creative.
- Develop and oversee automated templates and scripted workflows to generate high volumes of creative variants (e.g., A/B testing assets) without sacrificing quality.
- Work alongside cross‑functional disciplines to pitch concepts, balancing safe brand‑standard executions with wild experimental ideas through to final delivery, ensuring a cohesive campaign look and feel.
- Use data‑driven insights from marketing teams to iterate on edits, refreshing creative based on what resonates with the target audience.
- Confidently share ideas and project updates during both internal brainstorms and external client presentations.
- Proactively manage timelines and projects while maintaining clear, frequent communication with leadership.
- Pivot professionally based on constructive critique and stay attuned to evolving design trends and culture.
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast‑paced agency environment or related field.
- A strong portfolio featuring tech‑forward clients (Google, Meta, Stripe) or high‑growth D2C brands.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and Illustrator to pull assets and understand layout intent.
- Experience or a deep interest in AI‑assisted editing, using tools like Gemini for scripting or vibe‑coding plugins to increase production speed.
- Deep understanding of sound design/mixing and professional color grading (Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to ping‑pong between high‑level creative brainstorming and the in‑the‑weeds technical execution of high‑volume assets.
- Flexible work location with the option to work from our Buenos Aires offices (Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata) whenever you wish.
