A Corporate Account Manager (DePuy Synthes) will drive commercial growth in the Netherlands by managing key accounts and delivering value-driven solutions to both clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Generate business opportunities within assigned accounts and manage the sales process through closure.
- Construct deal P&L, translate financial impact, and forecast pipeline in close collaboration with the commercial team.
- Act as contact person for non‑clinical customers and build promoters among them.
- Achieve agreed sales goals and qualified opportunities.
- Establish productive relationships with the LT, sales and marketing organization, and coordinate internal stakeholders (support, service, management) to meet account objectives.
- Lead DePuy Synthes account planning process, set targets for a 1‑to‑3‑year period, and assess customer needs continually.
- Manage contracting, pricing and tendering processes in assigned accounts through bids and tender excellence team.
- Translate insights into actions that challenge the status quo, identify strategic options, and drive value‑based decision making across multiple stakeholder teams.
- Mentor peers, develop diverse and inclusive thinking, build communication and influence skills, and promote accountability and urgency on projects.
- Affinity and passion for the Orthopaedic portfolio.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities; experience with value selling.
- Self‑motivated, independent thinker who can move deals through the selling cycle.
- Strong negotiation, data analysis, and project management skills.
- Customer‑centric orientation, strong passion for innovation, and ability to influence without formal authority.
- Fluent in Dutch and in written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage complexity with entrepreneurial spirit in ambiguous circumstances.
- Demonstrated enterprise mindset in a global, matrixed environment.
- High integrity, self‑awareness, and adaptability.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, statistics, or life sciences.
- Experience working for a large multi‑national company.
- Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape, preferably in Orthopaedics or MedTech.
- Experience with mid‑size or multinational companies.
- Base salary €66,100.00 – €106,605.00 (net of tax).
- Annual bonus with set target (% of pay) and sales commissions.
