This is a 6 month fixed‑term employee contract initially, with a likelihood of extension. Toronto, hybrid. This role is within a new, specialized department of our Global Studios team. We build best‑in‑class digital experiences, delivering products that demand exceptional craft for the world's biggest tech companies. We are seeking a Senior Designer that brings taste, wonder and attention to detail to everything that they do. This role requires integrating the UX and UI practice together, with an emphasis on the technical design execution of complex AI platforms. You will build functional, beautifully crafted systems that facilitate meaningful user interaction with AI.
What you’ll do- Develop scalable design systems and frameworks for AI‑driven products.
- Create high‑fidelity visual systems that merge brand identity with user experience.
- Design motion‑based prototypes to establish interaction patterns and system feedback.
- Take full ownership of design projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Work closely with developers to ensure motion and UI details are implemented with precision.
- Mentor junior and mid‑weight designers to maintain high standards of craft across the team.
- Lead client workshops and present design logic to project stakeholders.
- 5+ years of digital design experience, preferably within an agency.
- A portfolio that demonstrates multidisciplinary skills in UI, systems design, and art direction.
- Highly proficient in Figma and experience building comprehensive design frameworks.
- Strong motion design skills using After Effects, Lottie, or Figma.
- A background in creating digital products that balance aesthetic beauty with functional logic.
- The ability to manage complex projects and meet rigorous deadlines.
- Clear communication skills for internal collaboration and client presentations.
- Illustration skills are a plus.

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 CAD annually, based on relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact.
