Job PurposeIn this role, we would like to explore the possibility of opening a UX/UI department in our Skopje offices, shaping top‑notch experiences for international clients. You’ll collaborate with DEPT teams across Europe, tackle complex design challenges, and push design quality to the next level. You are a people‑first designer who challenges conventions and helps shape a thriving team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Translate strategy and insights into well‑considered journeys, wireframes and visual interface designs rooted in robust design principles.
- Present work to clients and stakeholders, handle input and manage feedback.
- Collaborate with global DEPT colleagues to help international clients reach their digital goals.
- Foster a design‑driven culture through knowledge sharing and best practices.
- 6+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer at an agency or renowned brand.
- Experience with diverse digital design projects for large brands.
- A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion.
- A great communicator who is not afraid to take initiative.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Figma and Design Systems – a must.
- Experience in motion design (Jitter) and AI tools – a big plus.
- Working proficiency in English.
