Paid Media Analyst – You will be the technical engine behind our digital campaign execution.
You will support media strategy leads by translating client briefs into actionable digital plans, with a mandatory requirement for hands‑on implementation within Google Ads and Meta Business Suite. Success in this role requires a high level of technical organization and a passion for the "why" behind the numbers. You will ensure that every digital touchpoint—from naming conventions to budget pacing—is executed with precision. You will act as a collaborative bridge between strategy and production to ensure our digital presence is seamless and optimized.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Implementation & Activation- Meta Ads Execution: Direct, hands‑on setup of campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, including audience building (Lookalike/Custom), creative testing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Google Ads Management: Implementation and daily management of Search, Display, and Video (YouTube) campaigns.
- Taxonomy & Tracking: Responsible for building rigorous naming conventions and UTM structures to ensure clean data across all platforms.
- Digital Quality Control: Review all digital assets (specs, formats, copies) to ensure they meet the specific technical requirements of Google and Meta before launch.
- Asset Management: Coordinate with production teams to ensure all creative materials are received and formatted correctly for digital delivery.
- Digital Strategy Support: Participate in developing digital tactical plans, using tools like Google Keyword Planner and Meta Audience Insights for simulations.
- Performance Estimation: Assist in projecting digital KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA) based on historical platform data and current market benchmarks.
- Benchmarking: Assist in research and general benchmarking of digital trends to support new campaign ideas.
- Data Extraction: Perform daily data extraction directly from Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Optimization: Monitor live campaigns and proactively recommend bidding adjustments, creative swaps, or audience pivots to improve results.
- Insight Organization: Help "tell the story" of the data by organizing platform results into clear, actionable client‑facing slides.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital media.
- Core Technical Requirement: Hands‑on experience setting up and managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Detail‑Oriented: High attention to detail regarding tracking codes, platform‑specific specs, and budget pacing.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to identify potential campaign issues before they arise and suggest technical solutions.
- AdTech: Knowledge or exposure to Campaign Manager 360 (CM) and Display & Video 360 (DV360).
- Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for post‑click behavior analysis.
- Certifications: Active Google Ads (Search/Video) or Meta Blueprint certifications.
