As a Content Creator (Spanish Bilingual), you’ll bring creative boards to life, concept and develop engaging ideas, exceptional storyteller and lead projects from inception to final delivery. You’ll work closely with senior creative leads and collaborate cross‑functionally to create high‑performing branded content. A strong understanding of content KPIs and production workflows is essential.
Responsibilities- Concept, write, and direct campaigns rooted in client briefs and creative strategy
- Create mood boards, scripts, and decks to communicate and pitch ideas
- Lead projects through pitch, production, and final delivery
- Collaborate across production, strategy, design, and post
- Present work clearly and confidently to director‑level stakeholders
- Support editing workflows when needed
- Integrate content KPIs into creative development
5–7 years in a creative role within advertising, branded content, or production.
A strong portfolio showcasing writing/directing in multiple formats (digital, social, broadcast).
Deep knowledge of production and post workflows.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
You deliver quality work with professionalism and consistency.
You thrive on solving creative and workflow challenges.
Creative: You ideate from scratch and work from briefs with ease.
You collaborate fluidly across disciplines and teams.
You clearly defend your work to internal and external partners.
You understand production gear and logistics.

Salary Range: $75,000—$85,000 USD
This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
