The purpose of this role is to work with the business and associated teams to craft new solutions using Adobe Campaign, Redpoint or Unica. This role serves as a subject matter expert on campaigns and campaign platforms, and provides guidance and oversight to other campaign resources. This role is able to provide direction and guidance on integration of marketing technologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and implement automated customer journeys and CRM campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that deliver impactful results.
- Execute campaigns, monitor performance, and continuously optimize workflows, segmentation, and personalization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, manage quality control, troubleshoot technical and data-related issues, and refine processes to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including strategists, analysts, developers, and designers to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and are delivered to the highest standards.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, releases, and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies to improve campaign automation and performance.
- Proven experience as a Campaign Developer, CRM Developer, or Campaign Engineer with hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Strong understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and AMPscript to support campaign development, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Extensions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation concepts, including segmentation, customer journeys, and data integration within Salesforce environments.
- Excellent analytical skills with a problem‑solving mindset to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high‑quality campaign execution.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clearly present ideas and results.
