You will design experiences for a large-scale eCommerce platform that will set the standards for others to follow. This role will focus on visual and art direction, concepting, prototyping and production. You are design focused, detail-oriented, and excellent at collaborating and multitasking. You thrive navigating complexity within teams, organizations, and creativity, and you are open to following or leading as the situation demands. You will exercise discretion and independent judgment while designing digital experiences, lifestyle, and technology content that deeply connect with people. You will report to the Creative Director and support the company’s strategic goals.
What You’ll Do- Contribute to the design and production of large‑scale digital projects for Google, including e‑commerce, content, branding, social, and more.
- Build presentations, craft documentation, and deliver asset kits to developers and other team members.
- Act as a leader and a team player by contributing to the creative execution of the company’s efforts and putting the client and team first.
- Bring a point‑of‑view with fresh perspectives to the team.
- Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Work with minimal processes in place, solving problems by being optimistic and using proactive thought processes and skills.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in design and interactive work.
- Knowledge, communicative and analytical skills equivalent to those normally obtained through a Bachelor’s degree in a design, visual arts or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of visual design, user‑centered experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Figma and design systems.
- Advanced prototyping skills using Figma or equivalent tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience creating lightweight motion assets (GIF, APNG, etc.).
- Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of accessibility and user‑centered design practices (AODA/WCAG).
- Strong public‑speaking skills with the ability to build presentations and confidently present to stakeholders at all levels.
- An open and curious mind in all areas of creative and design work and the ability to remain positive even in challenging situations.
- A solid point‑of‑view and a collaborative nature.
- Excellent organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail.
- High ability to set goals and priorities in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong problem‑solving ability to develop solutions for client needs.
- Follow‑through and ownership of getting a job completed on time, even with tight deadlines.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000 CAD.
