For DHL in Beringe, we are looking for a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you are the driving force behind the daily operation on the work floor. You ensure your team performs well, continues to develop, and feels valued.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring operational processes and coordinating with fellow Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations;
• Coaching team members on performance and personal development;
• Creating a safe and positive working environment where everyone feels welcome;
• Conducting performance, absenteeism, and career development discussions;
• Maintaining personnel planning and time registration records.

You will be working at DHL Supply Chain in Beringe, part of the world's largest logistics service provider. At the impressive Technology Supply Chain Campus, covering no less than 145,000 m², you will work in a dynamic multi-client environment. Here, logistics solutions are provided for customers across various industries, including technology and retail.

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics or warehousing;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with systems and reports;

In addition, you can expect:

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week in a day shift schedule;
• A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,838 based on a 40-hour work week;
