Responsibilities- Lead the transition from project delivery to stable, high‑performing operations.
- Guide customers through change, building trust, clarity, and confidence.
- Identify risks, align stakeholders, and drive decisions.
- Bring teams together and turn complexity into clear action.
- Act as the main point of contact during critical phases, including escalations.
- Ensure smooth handover to service and long‑term operational success.
- Experience in operations, service, or logistics with knowledge of ground processes.
- Comfortable leading without formal authority and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands‑on approach, preferring on‑site work.
- Strong sense of ownership, active listening, and trust building.
- Confidence in taking the lead while remaining approachable.
- Fluent in English; willing to travel internationally (40–50%).
Monthly salary range: €5,600 – €6,500 gross per month, with opportunities for growth when performance expectations are exceeded.
