Senior Manager,Sourcing Delivery - Sunrise & SK

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands or London, United Kingdom. The Senior Manager, Sourcing Delivery will lead sourcing activities for Sunrise & UPC Slovakia, manage relationships, lead a team of Sourcing Delivery managers, and drive sourcing initiatives across procurement, RFI, RFP, RFQ, negotiations, contracting, and life‑cycle management.

• Account Management – Manage relationships with Sunrise (Switzerland) and UPC SK (Slovakia), ensuring satisfaction and alignment on all sourcing activities; monitor performance and reporting.
• Contract Governance – Keep contractual relationship between LPS and the customer up‑to‑date, reflecting responsibilities.
• Sourcing Delivery Leadership – Oversee the Sourcing Delivery team, including tendering, supplier selection, contracting, value recognition, and in‑life contract management; ensure quality, emerging technology adoption, and collaboration with the Sourcing Strategy team.
• Team Management – Build and mentor the team, set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Stakeholder Management – Foster relationships with procurement, finance, legal, privacy, security, and suppliers to enable smooth engagement.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, procurement or related field.
• Proven procurement/sourcing experience in an international or multi‑country environment, preferably with professional services or technology sectors.
• Experience managing a team in a collaborative, customer‑focused setting.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
• Comfortable with supplier collaboration tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement technology.
• Fluency in English (oral & written).
