The BeNeLux Vendor Alliances Director will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with key technology vendors across the Sub Region. Your role is pivotal in driving joint business outcomes, enhancing partner engagement, and aligning vendor strategies with the company’s growth objectives. You serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendor partners, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.
The Head of Vendor Alliances BeNerLux will work closely with the BeLux Country Manager and Netherlands Country Manager to resource and grow the Vendor Alliance community and drive growth in all countries.
Responsibilities- Strategic Alliance Management: Develop and execute comprehensive alliance strategies with top-tier vendors to drive revenue growth, innovation, and market differentiation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner Engagement & Business Planning: Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with vendor partners, lead annual and quarterly business reviews, set performance targets, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for expansion across the region.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of vendor programs, co-develop new services, and embed high-value offerings into core business operations.
- Inspirational & Team Leadership: Lead from the front by providing clear vision and direction, motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and innovation, and mentoring internal stakeholders for professional growth.
- Commercial & Contract Oversight: Negotiate commercial terms, manage vendor funding programs, optimize margins, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and drive strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue across vendor portfolios.
- Market Intelligence, Innovation & Service Adoption: Monitor industry trends, vendor roadmaps, and competitive dynamics; collaborate with technical leaders to launch new scalable services; and champion adoption of high-margin offerings to maximize commercial impact.
- 5+ years of proven experience in vendor management, alliances, or partner strategy within the technology sector in the BeNeLux.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and familiarity with major Cyber technology vendors.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities across all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering measurable business impact in partner-led growth models.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with experience in channel ecosystems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
