We're investing in our operation, and the warehouse is no exception. New processes. Cleaner flows. Sharper data. Owned and shaped by you, not handed to you.
You’ll take ownership of the internal logistics process at our Helmond distribution centre, from goods in to goods out. You’ll lead the warehouse team, hit production and cost targets, and continuously professionalise how the operation runs. This is a hands-on, build-mode role with people management attached.
Most Warehouse Manager roles are about keeping the wheels turning. This one's about tightening the operation, embedding Lean as the default way of working, and building a warehouse function that scales with the business.

Key Responsibilities- Leading the warehouse team and running day-to-day operations from receipt through to shipping
- Standardising ways of working and applying Lean methodology to drive continuous improvement
- Hitting production and cost targets, and steering performance through KPIs and data
- Designing efficient use of space and a logical warehouse layout
- Coordinating inbound and outbound goods flows and managing carrier relationships
- Owning stock management and keeping stock reliability high
- Maintaining a safe working environment and developing the people on your team
- Partnering with transport, purchasing, customer service and sales to keep order fulfilment smooth
You’ve led a warehouse or logistics operation before and you know your way around a WMS (Odoo experience is a plus). You’re HBO-educated, ideally in logistics or supply chain, and you’ve used Lean or continuous improvement principles to make real operational gains.
You’re a hands-on people manager who can switch between operational and tactical level without losing the thread. You manage on data and KPIs, and you bring people with you when you’re fixing things.
Fluent English is essential; Dutch is advantageous.
Not required, but great if you have:
- Experience with Odoo as your WMS
- A track record of leading Lean or continuous improvement programmes end-to-end
- Experience scaling or professionalising a warehouse function during a period of growth
- Exposure to multi-channel order fulfilment (B2B and direct)
