OverviewAs our Creative Project Management Intern, you will support the Creative Project Manager and the Marketing & Communications manager with internal and external events, PR and Marketing activations. This role is a hands‑on introduction to creative project management where you will develop skills in marketing and planning, event organization, and public relations.
Your Day-to-day as a Creative Project Management Intern- Planning: you will help with planning and organization of multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Creativity: you will be actively involved in creative brainstorming sessions and assist with idea creation for gifting or other marketing activations to engage clients.
- Researching: you will take a hands‑on approach with researching merch, gifts, and innovative ideas for our event attendance and internal marketing activities.
- Organizing and coordinating: You will actively help organize events from A to Z, from purchasing tickets to shipping items to conferences. You will support creative sprints such as video recordings and photoshoots.
- PR: you will support the team in the creation of awards applications and case studies and find new platforms where we can showcase our company, as well as develop connections and partnerships.
- Collaboration: you will collaborate with the rest of the Marketing & Communications team on a variety of projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organised: the key to project management is organisation, we need someone who is on top of projects and works well with deadlines.
- Proactive: you will need to take a hands‑on role during this internship and sometimes you will need to take initiative to keep projects moving forward.
- Creative: you will play a key role in our creative brainstorming sessions and creative studio productions so we are looking for someone who can bring a creative flair to all they do.
- Communication: in this role you will need to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, good communication skills are your key to success in this internship.
- Currently enrolled throughout the internship in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related study (Marketing, Communications, PR, Business).
- Available for 5-6 months for 32-40 hours per week from September 2026.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Bonus: understanding of basic design tools such as Canva.
