With a competitive salary, great office locations, and a supportive, people-first culture, you’ll have the space to grow your career, learn from talented colleagues, and make a genuine impact in a fast-expanding international business.About The TeamYou’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the end-to-end category management process within home and living product assortments.Support the category leader develop and nurture strategic partnership with international and local brands/supply partners.Analyse key metrics and range gaps to derive strategies on how to improve supplier and category performance.Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.Assist on developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.Develop long-term category strategies which are fit for the local market to ensure customer acquisition and retention as well as growth in key category KPIs.Cross departmental engagement with supply chain, app development and marketing to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers.Qualifications:Procurement, Merchandising or buying experience within relevant categories.
