The workday begins with a question from a manager about a tricky absence case. Before your coffee is even finished, you've already contributed ideas, provided direction, and brought calm. Later that day, you dive into a job description that actually attracts the right candidates, while in between, you're coordinating with a colleague about a contract amendment. Sounds like your ideal mix of advising and doing? Then this role as a Part-time HR Advisor is exactly what you're looking for.
OrganizationThe organization is active within the IT sector and operates in a dynamic and competitive job market. With technical positions that are difficult to fill and strong growth ambitions, the bar is set high. At the same time, the work environment is characterized by short lines of communication, an informal atmosphere, and quick decision-making. Colleagues can easily find each other, and ideas are given room to be further developed here.
Within the HR team, we collaborate closely to make processes smarter and more professional. Due to growth, there is a need for a strong HR Advisor who brings oversight and actively contributes to further development.
FunctionAs an HR Advisor, you play a central role within the organization, continuously balancing operational tasks with strategic advice. You are a sparring partner for managers and support them with various HR issues, such as performance, absenteeism, and development. You are also willing to provide direction and make choices that contribute to a strong and healthy organization.
Additionally, you play an important role in recruitment. You write compelling job descriptions that attract the right target audience, actively search for suitable candidates, and conduct interviews to make the best match. Simultaneously, you collaborate with the HR Employee to further professionalize the recruitment process, with the goal of managing it more internally.
You also maintain an overview on an operational level. You ensure that processes related to inflow, outflow, and internal movement run smoothly, monitor contracts and personnel changes, and contribute to a strong onboarding process.
