• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

• Lead and manage SAP Finance AMS operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLA commitments.
• Drive incident and problem management activities, including resolution of critical finance-related P1/P2 issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive actions.
• Oversee change and release management processes, including approvals for configuration changes, enhancements, and deployments.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance, MM, SD, and external systems such as MuleSoft and STIBO to support end-to-end business processes.
• Serve as the primary finance lead for client interactions, escalations, governance meetings, and service reviews.
• Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities within finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and retail industry financial regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, functional specifications, and knowledge repositories related to finance processes and support activities.
