This is the role
As our Global Platform Manager for our Pool division, you will report directly to our General Manager. This is a strategic addition to our team: a role designed to take over a high-potential growth market currently managed by the GM. You will be the center of the world for our pool segment.

• The Challenge. Transition our Pool platform from an evolving initiative into a scalable, global business engine. Your primary mission is to dominate the global market. While we are strong in Europe and China, you will lead further growth in our existing markets and the charge in defining and executing our entry into the North American market.
• The Daily Flow. You are the strategic hub. Operating as the strategic bridge between Operations, Technology, and our Commercial teams across the US, China, and Europe, you ensure a unified global strategy. Our business logic follows a lifecycle-driven model: our catalytic coatings wear out and require recurring replacement. You ensure Elicron is the “heart” of every chlorinator and pool installation built by world-class manufacturers.
• The Freedom. Supported by our sales and market insights team, you have the autonomy to translate market intelligence into a winning roadmap. You have the creative license to influence our global grid, ensuring our technical and sales teams are perfectly positioned to close complex deals.

Who you are

• You have a deep-seated love for technical B2B environments and can translate complex electrochemical capabilities into a clear commercial advantage for global partners.
• You do not need a map; you build one. You are a proactive self-starter who enjoys pioneering, comfortably navigating the ambiguity of a growing platform.
• You are a down-to-earth communicator who builds genuine connections across cultures.
• You can lead and influence global teams across Europe, North America, and China without needing formal authority, driving results through rapport and expertise.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and bring 5+ years of proven experience in product management, business development, or platform leadership within B2B industrial environments. You are fluent in English.
• Given the international scope of this position, regular travel is required. While the exact frequency is yet to be defined, we are looking for someone who embraces the global mobility this position demands.

• Rewards & perks:
• A gross annual salary of € 85.000,- to € 110.000,- on a full-time workweek, including 8% holiday allowance. This translates to € 6.558,- to € 8.488,- a month, excluding 8% holiday allowance.
• Bonus in accordance with company policy.
• 25 vacation days to recharge.
• You will benefit from our exempted pension scheme, which is significantly more favorable than the standard PMT industry scheme.
• Travel compensation in accordance with tax regulations based on your personal situation.
