This is a Customer Success role owning a portfolio of accounts across the EUR region and wider EMEA markets, with a focus on M&A, Deals, and corporate transactions. You’ll be the trusted advisor clients call when the deal gets complicated — and AI is how you’ll stay one step ahead of what they need next.

Account health: spot risk before it becomes churn
AI surfaces early warning signals across your portfolio — changes in engagement, usage dips, shifts in stakeholder behaviour — so you’re having the right conversation proactively, not reactively.
Customer prep: walk into every meeting already informed
Before every customer call, AI synthesises account history, recent activity, open issues, and stakeholder context — so you show up knowing exactly where the relationship stands and what matters most to them right now.
QBRs and success planning: less build time, more impact
AI drafts account summaries, success plan updates, and QBR decks based on your customer data — so you’re refining and personalising, not building from scratch every quarter.
Growth signals: find expansion before the customer asks
AI helps you identify upsell and cross-sell moments by tracking deal activity, product usage, and buying signals across your accounts — so you’re bringing value‑add conversations to the table, not waiting to be asked.
What you’ll doOwn your customer portfolio:
- Lead customer meetings with LLM-built account briefs and stakeholder context already in hand — so you walk in informed, not catching up.
- Drive adoption and engagement across your accounts, with AI copilots flagging adoption gaps and churn risk signals before they escalate.
- Own growth and retention through customer enablement, relationship management, and advocacy.
- Deliver QBRs and success reviews grounded in usage and outcome data — not gut feel.
Be the trusted advisor:
- Guide, educate, and train new users on the Ansarada platform to meet their specific business requirements.
- Partner with Sales on pricing, negotiations, and value articulation — demonstrating commercial benefit to clients across EUR and EMEA.
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of M&A, Deals, and Procure — and the competitive landscape — so you can position Ansarada’s value with confidence.
- Identify and share remarkable customer stories that celebrate success across the broader business.
Connect the dots across the business:
- Act as the internal Voice of Customer — with LLMs helping you synthesise themes and feedback across conversations into clear signals for the Product team.
- Collaborate internally with Marketing, Sales, other CSMs, and Support to align on account strategy and customer experience.
- Share what’s working — your AI workflows, your playbooks, your customer moments.
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in tech or SaaS.
- Background in financial services, investment banking, legal, or corporate finance is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining accounts through consultative, strategic customer planning.
- Confident communicator at all levels — from junior users to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems and a data‑driven approach to relationship management.
- You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily — for account prep, customer comms, QBR builds, and portfolio analysis.
- You prompt for real output: account summaries, health assessments, success plans, stakeholder briefs.
- You know where AI sharpens your thinking — and where your empathy, judgement, and trust still win.
- You share what works and you’re always looking for what’s next.
- Customer‑obsessed — you genuinely care about outcomes, not just renewals.
- Commercially sharp — you think in growth and retention, not just satisfaction scores.
- AI‑curious by default — always looking for a smarter, faster way to serve your accounts.
- Calm under pressure — high‑stakes deal environments don’t rattle you.
- Fast learner who shares the wins (and the lessons).
- Based in the Netherlands and able to travel as required.
- Minimum 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office to support collaboration and in‑person client meetings.
- Fluency in German (additional European languages are a plus).
- Retention — account coverage, activity, and renewals.
- Expansion — upsell and cross‑sell opportunities identified and converted.
- Health — risk spotted and addressed before it becomes churn.
