Responsibilities- Make sure the customers receive the best service possible.
- Manage a team of sales assistants.
- Monitor store performance, on all aspects.
- Motivate, lead and guide the team.
- Oversee store processes run correctly and come up with improvements where needed.
- Service oriented.
- Strong communication skills, you can keep up a conversation with anyone.
- Proven leadership skills or experience.
- Ability to create and analyze store data.
We don’t require you to have years of experience or a ”passion” for fashion, we just need you to be adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge.
