Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the design, development, testing, and delivery of software products for national and international projects.
- Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Define and maintain the product strategy, aligning it with technical solutions and business objectives.
- Develop clear and actionable functional and technical requirements (e.g., epics, user stories, and use cases).
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in technical software development.
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving mindset combined with flexibility to adapt to unforeseen changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
