We are searching for a strategic, results-driven Senior Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our portfolio position in custom computing solutions, configurable Off the shelf computing, and cabinets & integration services. You will achieve new product integrations at existing and new customers in the Semicon and Industrial markets, driving strategic growth and influencing internal roadmaps to stay ahead of market needs.
Responsibilities- Engage with key stakeholders at significant customers (OEMs) and their major clients, quantifying the value of our USPs and influencing product development roadmaps.
- Perform competitive analysis by tracking and reporting on competitors, identifying USPs and market positioning.
- Win new product integrations and lead the overall project proposal.
- Develop vision and strategy within the ECS Compute scope, leveraging market insights and adjusting direction as needed.
- Identify emerging opportunities and translate them into winning solutions and business proposals in close collaboration with the team.
- Build strong networks, open doors, and create pathways to success, ensuring innovation and market leadership.

What you bringAdvanced level with at least 5 years of experience in the Semicon (OEM) market in customer-facing roles, RFQs, and commercial negotiations.
Proven experience in consultative selling and contract negotiation, with a large track record in this industry.
Strong industry knowledge, understanding of Semicon and/or relevant Industrial processes, and ability to express our contribution to improving process and product performance, resulting in value-based pricing.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network at potential customers, proactively engaging in updates and workshops.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders, and skilled in active listening and adapting messages to different audiences.
Team player who balances commercial and technical perspectives, working seamlessly between sales, engineering, and project teams.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude, inquisitive mindset, and willingness to travel regularly.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
