As a Management Intern, you will be the right hand of the General Manager, supporting the leadership of the hotel and ensuring a smooth and high-quality operation across all departments. You will assist in daily management activities, contribute to strategic and operational projects, and gain exposure across the full hotel operation. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills while contributing to guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team engagement across the cluster.The internship starts in February 2027 and offers a full-time learning experience for 5-12 months, aligned with your study requirements.
