- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally on consumer products at scale
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, experiments, and challenging assumptions
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools to improve your own work and workflows
- A solid grasp of modern AI product development (LLMs, retrieval, evals, latency/cost trade-offs) - and the judgment to separate real value from hype
- Even better: a portfolio of product work you can share
- A strong product instinct - first‑principles thinking about user problems, growth, and distribution
- Comfort operating with ambiguity - you can take a loosely‑defined area and turn it into a roadmap
- A pragmatic, outcome‑focused approach - you prioritise impact over output
- Other things that will make you the ideal candidate for us:
- You’re currently a resident in the Netherlands, a commutable distance from our office in Amsterdam
- You’re someone who will enjoy coming to our office at least twice per week!
- We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to build AI‑native consumer products at scale across Studocu - shaping how 60M students learn with AI
- The exact scope will be matched to your strengths and our priorities, with two strong skill areas: Studocu AI (turning students’ own materials into useful learning) and Communities (helping students learn from and with each other). Both are AI‑first products with significant room to define what they become
- You’ll report directly to the CPO, with regular exposure to the founders and leadership team. You’ll work across discovery and delivery — setting strategy, partnering closely with design, engineering, and data science, and shipping features that move real outcomes for students
- Define and drive product strategy - identifying opportunities, setting direction, and turning them into features that deliver real user value
- Design AI‑native experiences alongside design and engineering, defining how the AI behaves, gathers context, and produces useful outputs
- Raise the quality and learning impact of what students get from our products - we call it “Being the Benchmark”
- Improve how students contribute, share, and engage with content - whether their own materials or each other’s
- Run experiments and act on the results - analysing performance, learning fast, and iterating based on user behaviour and outcomes
- Partner with data science and engineering to apply new model capabilities in ways that move the product forward
