Job Description: Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Testing and Cutover Lead Analyst; this position is part of the Innovative Medicines Transcend Finance Deployment Team and is responsible for the implementation of end-to-end future state Finance processes as part of the S4/HANA implementation within global transformation programs. This role will assist with deployment release testing cycles, cutover planning and execution, and help drive Transcend program methodologies through the Finance Deployment Organization.
ResponsibilitiesTasks/Duties/Responsibilities:
Anticipated workload split is 60% Testing Lead and 40% Cutover Lead.
Testing Lead Responsibilities:
- Support System Integration, Business Simulation, and User Acceptance Testing for all deployment releases
- Partner with the SigniFi Transact team to orchestrate joint end-to-end testing between the two systems
- Develop end-to-end testing plans with functional workstream leads
- Report on testing progress, risks, and issue resolution
- Coordinate test data and transactions readiness prior to testing kick-off
- Assist in triage of testing defects for proper disposition and resolution
- Coordinate tester security and role access to ensure uninterrupted testing
Cutover Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end cutover plans for each deployment release
- Support cutover execution and tracking for each deployment release
- Support mock cutover cycles in preparation for go-live releases
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in finance
- Experience with system testing cycles – BST, UAT, data validation
- Expert level knowledge of SAP financial processes
- Ability to manage parallel deployment release timelines
- Strong analytic skills with attention to detail
- Passionate to develop expertise in complex financial topics
- Agile mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-directed with minimal supervision
- Strong Business Partnering skills
- Location flexibility across listed sites with up to 10% travel
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in the finance portion of a major business transformation / ERP project
- Knowledge of digital tools (PowerQuery, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience working in global/virtual environments
- Experience using Jira project tool
