Reachtruck Driver Veendam

As a reach truck operator, you are an essential link in the warehouse. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Using your reach truck, you move pallets with bulk stock and make sure products end up in the right place.

In addition to operating the reach truck, your tasks include:

• Picking orders
• Checking incoming goods
• Keeping the warehouse tidy and safe
• Working with your colleagues to ensure all orders are ready for shipment on time

You work full‑time (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:30. This means your evenings are free.

No day is the same: sometimes you work independently, other times as part of a team. You always maintain oversight and work accurately and safely.

The location is easily accessible by car (free parking) as well as by bicycle.

In addition, you:

• Have a valid reach truck certificate
• Can work well independently and as part of a team
• Are reliable and keep your commitments
• Stay calm under pressure
• Speak sufficient Dutch or English
• Are willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Live within approximately 30 km of Veendam

• Gross hourly wage: €16
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km
• 25 vacation days (based on full‑time employment)
• 8% holiday allowance
• Pension scheme
