Your impact:- Serve as the primary contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering exceptional support and guidance
- Process bookings and requests efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments to provide solutions
- Advise customers on our services and collaborate with management to improve processes
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Officer or in a similar role within a service‑oriented organization
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of the Offshore, Maritime or Renewable industries is a strong advantage
- Hands‑on experience with customer service tools, CRM systems or booking platforms
- Customer‑first: You take pride in delivering high‑quality service and going the extra mile
