Own the relationship between local and central media teams to align strategies and goals
Promote global adoption of central media guidelines and ensure consistency in planning, optimization, reporting, and measurement
Oversee media spending to ensure alignment with global KPIs and business objectives
Support local markets in building capability and improving media effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborate with the global agency network to explore new technologies, platforms, and workflows
Lead targeted pilots and develop case studies to generate globally applicable insights
Oversee the implementation of a global Test & Learn framework and drive continuous improvement through cross-market insight sharing
7+ years of media experience, ideally in the premium consumer goods sector
Experience working alongside global agency partners
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset and solid organizational skills
Strategic thinker able to align media investments with global KPIs and business outcomes
Fluent in business English; international marketing experience is a plus
