As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to support the development of corporate and MICE business for Sir Adam and Sir Albert. You play a crucial role in lead generation, client relationship management, and the execution of sales initiatives to grow the hotel’s market share. You will work closely with the Sales Managers and the wider Group Sales Team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximized. Through your proactive approach, you help bring people together in our beautiful spaces to create wonderful memories. You will work either from Sir Adam or from Sir Albert.
This is what you're going to doAs a Sales Executive you are the commercial face and brand ambassador of Sir Adam and Sir Albert. You’re partly responsible for new business, and you feel comfortable with big and governmental accounts. On the other hand, it’s also important to reconnect with clients we haven’t talked to in a while. Success is determined through achievement of revenue goals and improvement in market share performance.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and the hotel team.
- Pro-actively provide input for account plans and SWOT analysis.
- Serve as the first point of contact for corporate partnerships for both Sir hotels.
- Organize site inspections in the hotel.
- Meet and exceed annual sales goals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador.
To succeed in this role as a Sales Executive, we believe you are a born salesperson who is hungry for a challenge. You are a flexible and strong communicator. You are organized, pro-active and ready to hit the ground running.
- Bachelor's degree or similar.
- At least one year of experience in a commercial role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.
- Knowledge of the local corporate market is a big plus.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a positive revenue effect.
- Salary according to Horeca CLA, scale 7, depending on experience.
