- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including effective call management (average 24 minutes), successful marketing implementations, and strong client feedback.

Training- Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting). Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Certification: You’ll complete the Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing during training, setting you up for success in this dynamic field.
- Fully paid training, with ongoing mentorship and shadowing of experienced colleagues.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:45 AM to 5:15 PM).
- Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks daily.
- Annual Salary: €33,000 gross (€2,750 gross per month).
- Performance Bonus: Up to €7,500 annually.
- Language Bonus: €300 monthly
- Relocation Bonus: Up to €1,900 for relocation from outside Germany to Berlin; up to €700 from within Germany.
