Our CRM team manages Customer Relationship projects using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution, focused on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise. Our team is cohesive and supportive, led by a dynamic and motivated Manager. The team is cross‑functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery‑oriented, and pre‑sales profiles.
Business Analyst – Key Responsibilities- Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Hold or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.
- Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features.
- Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V‑Model) and apply them effectively.
- Draft functional documentation and provide user training.
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice.
- Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution.
- Proficiency in communication in both English and Dutch.
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and best practices in CRM.

- Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, SCM, Commerce).
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
- Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
- Lead and mentor a team of functional/technical consultants.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft’s best practices and delivery frameworks.
- Support pre‑sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
- End‑to‑end responsibility for shaping Managed Services deals.
- Secure required approval for variances from contracting standards.
- Work within a team to interpret customer‑defined or implied requirements against Avanade solution templates and delivery capabilities.
- Engage with customer stakeholders and other knowledgeable resources to validate service requirements, explore solution options and identify service integration requirements.
- Lead the definition of a Managed Services solution that meets the agreed requirements.
- Identify all service costs and populate cost models accurately to ensure full visibility of costs related to establishing and delivering the service over the contract term.
- Create and document a Solution Plan and engage internal stakeholders as required for approvals.
- Identify and mitigate solution risks.
- Support the development of pricing and commercial strategies and commercial dialogue with customers.
- Support sales activity in presenting our solution approach and methods to customer stakeholder groups.
- Plan for and support service implementation, transition, and introduction activities.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Avanade Solution Area and Business Development communities.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise EUC solutions in private or hybrid cloud environments using Microsoft technologies.
- Deliver endpoint and device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Omnissa Workspace ONE as unified endpoint management solutions that integrate access control, application management, and device security across any platform.
- Contribute to design and deploy Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE), including Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
- Own enterprise application packaging and deployment process, including:
- Win32 application packaging
- MSI, EXE, and PowerShell‑based installers
- Application detection logic, deployment rings, and rollback strategies
- Integrate EUC solutions with security solutions leveraging Zero Trust device controls
- Produce high‑quality technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, build guides, and operational runbooks.
- Lead EUC workstreams end‑to‑end, supporting transition from project delivery into managed services.
- Engage directly with clients to run technical workshops, gather requirements, and present solution designs.
