As a Test Coordinator within the Business IT (BIT) domain, you are the guardian of our digital quality. You ensure our systems-from the sorting centres to the delivery app-perform flawlessly. You guide the testing process with focus on chain testing for complex projects and know better than anyone how to translate functional needs into technical reality

Verantwoordelijkheden

Impact: You work on strategic projects that directly contribute to PostNL’s logistics optimisation.

Challenge: You coordinate complex test tracks, safeguard quality, and make data-driven go-live decisions.

Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from different departments such as IT, Operations and the Business.

Wat ga je doen

As a Test Coordinator, you are the crucial link in safeguarding the quality of our IT solutions. You create end-to-end test plans and ensure they align seamlessly with the project schedule. With your solid IT knowledge and testing expertise, you get to the bottom of technical issues and advise stakeholders on risks and solutions. With the focus on chain testing you coordinate multiple test phases—from unit and system testing through to the user acceptance test (UAT) among multiple delivery teams. You keep a sharp eye on progress and are the last person to give the green light for a release. Finally, you connect the development teams and the business, celebrating successes together after a thorough delivery check.

Wat vragen wij

Are you the Test Coordinator who keeps the perfect balance between technology, quality and business value? We are looking for a leader with the following background and experience:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Test Coordinator or Test Manager in a complex IT environment.
• Demonstrable experience successfully leading end-to-end testing tracks (such as chain testing and acceptance testing).
• Certifications such as TMAP or ISTQB are required.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps and tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps is a must. Experience with the SAFe methodology is a plus.
• You have strong communication skills and can easily switch between stakeholders at all levels.
• You work in a structured way and keep a clear overview, even when deadlines are approaching.
• Please note: You must be able to speak and write Dutch at a high level.
