Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park opened in November 2022 and is a luxury 5-star hotel. The hotel is located in the green Oosterpark in Amsterdam Oost. What are you going to do?
As Head Chef of the General Kitchen at Pillows Maurits at the Park, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of all culinary services beyond our signature restaurants. You’ll oversee and elevate the quality of the following:
Banqueting for events and meetings
Breakfast service, offering guests the perfect start to their day
High-quality bites for Fitz’s Bar
Staff meals, ensuring a motivated and energized team
Pastry production, adding finesse to every sweet creation
Room service, providing guests with an exceptional in-room dining experience
You’ll also work hand-in-hand with renowned chefs Floris van Straalen (VanOost Restaurant) and Luigi Di Benedetto (Spring Café Brasserie), forming a top-tier culinary team that embodies the ambition and excellence of Pillows Maurits at the Park.
