ENPICOM builds the IGX Platform: AI-driven software that helps biotech and pharma scientists turn immune-repertoire data into therapeutics. Our customers include leading pharma and biotech companies in immunology and antibody discovery.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to set product direction across our platform as we move from feature delivery toward discovery-driven, AI-native product development. This is not an execution-only role: you will own the why and the what across multiple product areas, partner closely with the CTO and CEO on strategy, and act as the de facto product leader for the company as the organisation scales under you.
What you will do- Set a multi-year product vision and roadmap for the IGX Platform, grounded in immunology and drug-discovery workflows
- Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, on-site visits, shadowing scientists in their lab and analysis flow
- Represent ENPICOM at scientific and industry conferences (AIRR Community, AAI, Bio-IT World, and others); bring back signal, not just slides
- Shape AI-native product surfaces, from LLM-assisted analysis to ML-driven insight generation, in close collaboration with our engineering and ML teams
- Prototype and wireframe directly. We expect you to design, not just brief
- Define and tend the operational PM craft: prioritisation, release planning, stakeholder communication. Roughly a third of the role
- Coach and grow the broader product organisation as it scales under you
- Demonstrated product-discovery practice. You know the difference between a feature factory and a product team, and you have moved teams from one to the other
- AI/ML literacy. You are not building the models, but you have worked with them, prompted them, evaluated them, and shipped products around them
- A bioinformatics, immunology, or related life-sciences background, by degree or by deep prior product work in the domain. This is a hard requirement; the domain is too dense to learn on the job
- Comfortable in front of senior scientific stakeholders and customer R&D leads
- EU work authorisation; willingness to travel (EU regularly, occasional US)
- Hybrid: 1 to 2 days per week at our 's-Hertogenbosch office, the rest from anywhere in the Netherlands. For exceptional profiles with proven biotech-leadership backgrounds, fully remote arrangements within the EU are negotiable.
- Permanent contract, 32 to 40 hours per week
- Salary range €80,000 to €100,000 per year, depending on experience. For candidates with proven leadership of a biologics or antibody discovery platform at Big Pharma or established biotech, this range is a starting point and we are open to discuss.
€80000 - €100000 monthly
