We're investing in BD as a strategic capability, not a sales function bolted onto the side, and we're looking for the person to build it with us.
If you've ever sat in a BD leadership role and thought, "I'd do this completely differently if it were mine to build", this is that role. You won't be inheriting a playbook. You'll be joining our Group Leadership Team, coaching an existing lean BD team ready to learn from someone better than us, and shaping how a modern data and AI consultancy goes to market.

What you do Open doors and personally hold senior relationshipsBuild and personally cultivate a target account list of senior buyers (CDOs, CIOs, CTOs, CMO, Heads of Risk) across financial services, life sciences and healthcare, and transport, with retail and public sector as complements.
Show up where it matters: industry forums, partner events, board-level conversations. Bring a network with you and cultivate new ones with intent.
Set the standard for what relationship-driven selling looks like at ADC, in close partnership with our Practice Leads and subject‑matter experts.
Grow new logo revenue as a defined and increasing share of total revenue, hitting the 2026 group target as our first shared milestone.
Lead our existing BD team, coach them, raise the bar, and create the conditions for them to do their best work.
Unify how BD operates across NL, the Nordics and (in time) CLEVER°FRANKE. One team, with shared standards, shared accountability, and shared CRM hygiene, in close collaboration with Marketing and Commercial Operations.
Partner with Practice and Geo leads so the BD function is felt as a multiplier on their work, never as overhead.
Own the qualification standard for what counts as a real opportunity and be accountable for accurate forecasting and closed sales.
Maintain a qualified pipeline consistently at or above 3x the rolling 3‑month revenue target.
Design a disciplined outbound and network‑led approach that fits how our buyers behave (long cycles, large buying committees, regulated procurement).
Partner with Marketing on demand generation, with measurable handoffs and a working MQL‑to‑SQL rhythm.
Evolve our partner‑selling strategy with Databricks, Nvidia and others, and shape what "good" looks like for cross‑entity selling between ADC and CLEVER°FRANKE.
Sit on the Group Leadership Team alongside the CEO, COO, CFO, Business Leaders and Practice leads, and bring a commercial point of view to the most important strategic questions facing ADC.
Help design, not just execute, our commercial operating model as we scale.
Be a credible partner to Mentha, our majority shareholder, on the commercial trajectory of the group.

You're at home with senior buyers in regulated industries. CDOs at banks, Heads of R&D in life science, with real relationships in at least two of our priority verticals.

You're systems-minded as well as relationship-minded. You are comfortable with HubSpot, pipeline rhythms, and telling activity apart from progress.

Fluent in English, open to travel.
